We don't use third party technologies which may gather personal information about your site usage. We do track the way that you use the site but only so that we can understand our visitors journey and experience using our web site. The statistics that we store do not contain your IP address and there are no personal identifiers, so your anonymity is safe with us.

You may sign up and open an account with us which you can use to track your orders and past purchases. You may ask us to delete your account but be aware that this will result in the order history being permenently destroyed. Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be re-established.

We do not insist that you register with us if you are to purchase any of our products, but we do need to record your details so that we can send them to you! We always keep your details separate from your orders so if you should ask us to remove your details from our databases, we can do so easily without affecting the records we must keep.

The details that you supply when contacting us via the site can be removed by request but please be aware that the message content will be preserved.

You can leave a review about any aspect of the site and use any name to do this. We appraise all submitted reviews before they are made publicly available. Once the review is made public, it becomes the property of Oil of Wight.

We sell oils and creams; we do not generate revenue from advertising space. Your details are therefore not linked to ad preferences or any other service.
